Cancer fundraiser at Lexington Health Center of Streamwood

The St. Baldrick’s Foundation will hold a head-shaving event 4:30-7:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 13, at Lexington Health Center of Streamwood, 815 E. Irving Park Road, to raise money for lifesaving children’s cancer research. “We have invited the Streamwood and Bartlett Chambers, as well as many other members of the village and community,”said Gayle Deja-Schultz, business development director for Lexington Health Care. “Additionally, Miss Fox Valley 2012 will be on hand to interact with the kids and sign autographs. We are hoping to raise at least $5,000 for St. Baldrick’s.”
