Park Ridge police seek help identifying body

Police are looking for more information about a body found in Park Ridge early Thursday morning.

According to the Park Ridge website, police found an unresponsive man lying on the ground in 200 block of south Summit Avenue at 2:18 a.m.

Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying the man, described as a white male between 30-35, wearing a black jacket, blue jeans and black shoes.

Police say no lifesaving measures were required and there were no observable signs of trauma. The body is being transported to the Cook County Medical Examiner’s office, but a cause of death has not yet been determined.

Anyone with information about the identity of the man or who may have been in the area Thursday morning between 1:30-3:30 a.m., is asked to call police at (847) 318-5252.
