Schaumburg wins at St. Charles North

Schaumburg’s girls basketball team tuned up for today’s 6 p.m. game at Palatine with a 68-49 victory at St. Charles North on Friday night.

The Saxons (8-10) were led by junior guard Amanda Kelly (22 points), who was 8-of-11 from the free throw line.

Senior Alyssa Saklak added 13 points, followed by freshman Jada Blackwell (12) and senior Jenna Gerber (10).
