Bloated programs won't create jobs
Recently, we heard about President Obama revealing another government program designed to create jobs, this time, by spending $50 billion on top of the last $1 trillion.
Haven't we realized yet that these big government programs don't create quality jobs? We need real, long term, private sector jobs if we are to ever recover from our current economic slump.
The real solution to our problem won't come from Washington; it will come from America's small businesses. Recently, U.S. Rep. Peter Roskam held a job fair in Addison featuring over 100 companies, and over 2,000 job seekers attended. He gets it; the real way to get people back to work isn't through bloated government programs, but through working with local people and businesses.
