Glacier hosts youth hockey tournament

Glacier Ice Arena, 670 Lakeview Parkway, Vernon Hills, hosts its seventh annual Thanksgiving Shoot-Out Tournament youth hockey tournament, Nov. 26 through Dec. 1. The tournament is run by the Glacier Ice Arena and the affiliated Ice Dogs Hockey Association, a Tier II youth hockey association. It will feature 65 teams with players aged 8 to 14, from the Chicago area and southern Wisconsin.
