4-Hers seek support for license plate
Illinois 4-Hers are raising support for and visibility of their program — by working to get a 4-H specialty license plate available in Illinois. They need your assistance to make it happen.
From April 1 to July 15, 4-Hers are working to get support from 1,500 Illinois drivers who have a current license plate on file with the Illinois Secretary of State. They are not asking anyone to buy the plate — just to show support in making it an option in Illinois. Each club has been challenged to recruit 10 supporters. The clubs that successfully meet this challenge will be invited to a celebration at the Illinois State Fair where they will be recognized for their accomplishment.
To show your support:
Ÿ Fill out a form, available under the license plate link on: 4hfoundation.illinois.edu
Ÿ Include a check for $25 made out to “Illinois Secretary of State.” It goes through the Secretary of State so that they can get an official count of support, but all of that $25 goes to the Illinois 4-H Program.
Ÿ Mail to: Illinois 4-H Foundation, 1401 South Maryland Drive, 106 Taft House, Urbana, IL 61801.
