Lisle police probe burglary at Verizon
An estimated $2,250 in electronic goods were stolen from a Lisle Verizon store early Tuesday morning, police said.
Burglars shattered the front glass door of the store at 1111 Burlington Ave. around 4:20 a.m. with a landscape brick. Police responded to the store’s alarm and reported that a 42-inch Panasonic television, two Apple iPhones and a Samsung cellphone were stolen. Several computer monitors also were damaged.
Police said they are continuing to investigate. Anyone with information is asked to call (630) 271-4200.
