Streamwood Woman’s Club shares holidy spirit

Thanks to Nancy Grennan for hosting a Cookie Exchange where the Streamwood Woman’s Club included a drive to collect hats, scarves and mittens for the Hanover Township Food pantry.

On Dec. 11, Naomi Lenoci delivered 42 pairs of gloves, 14 scarves, two ear warmers, four hat and mitten sets and 22 hats — a total of 84 items.

Lenoci then delivered 10 dozen cookies to the police department and Jim Gremo as well. They could not wait to get into the cookies!
