Flash mobs might not attack the armed
Colleen Daley, executive director of Illinois Council Against Handgun Violence Chicago, asks we don’t have flash mob attacks in states that allow concealed carry of handguns?
Could it be that these punks are not willing to take the chance that the intended victim may be armed?
