Crash on Elgin-O’Hare closes some lanes

Traffic except for the left lane is blocked on the eastbound Elgin-O’Hare Expressway due to a crash involving a truck and a car, Illinois State Police officials said.

State police said the crash occurred at 8:33 p.m. near Gary Avenue.

Police said a Mack truck and an Oldsmobile were the two vehicles involved.

Roselle firefighters were on the scene of the crash, police said.
