Glenview residents 65 and up can call Thursday for vaccine appointment

The Village of Glenview and the Glenview Park District are hosting a one-day COVID-19 vaccination site provided by Jewel-Osco.

The Moderna vaccine will be administered only to Glenview residents age 65 and older. The first dose will be given on Tuesday, March 23, and the second on Tuesday, April 20. Residents must be available on both days.

Registration will be accepted by phone at (847) 802-8602 starting at noon Thursday, March 18. Registration will be limited to one household per call.

The phone line will be open Thursday until appointments are filled; registrations are on a first-come, first-served basis.

Residents must provide name, address, phone, date of birth and email.

Vaccines will be administered at Glenview Park Center, 2400 Chestnut Ave. Please bring a photo ID and insurance card on the day of your appointment.
