What an inspiring idea. As Wheaton struggles for economic recovery along with virtually every city, Tom Cherrington reminds us to stop contemplating our navels and to reach out to those who are homeless and locked into poverty, loneliness, hunger and desperation.
Our wonderful city is known to the nation in large measure for Wheaton College, which boldly proclaims, “For Christ and His Kingdom.” Let’s walk the walk.
