Atleson to run for county treasurer:

Fremont Township Trustee Jeri Atleson has announced she’ll run for Lake County treasurer in 2014. Incumbent treasurer Robert Skidmore is not seeking re-election. Atleson is set to face off against county board member David Stolman in the March 18 Republican Party primary. A certified public accountant from Mundelein, Atleson formerly served on the Fremont Public Library District board. Stolman, of Buffalo Grove, is an attorney.
