Teachers to be honored Tuesday:

Four Lake County teachers are among those educators who will be honored Tuesday by the Illinois State Board of Education and two state labor unions. The teachers were among 36 selected as the best in their fields. They’ll be honored at a luncheon at the governor’s mansion in Springfield. The Lake County honorees are: Anne Singleton and Rebecca Kinnee of Libertyville High School; Joshua Bill of Waukegan High School; and Joshua Hess of Highland Park High School.
