Lakemoor 5K run/walk canceled

Lakemoor has canceled the 5K run/walk to have been held Saturday, June 22, at Morrison Park. A letter to participants said the low number of participants and costs associated with the event led to the cancellation, and that in the future the village will consider a smaller event. Those who have registered and paid a fee can request a refund by mail or stop at the village hall, 28874 Route 120, Suites C and D or donate the fee for other park and recreation events.
