Charges dismissed against Hanover Park man in theft case

A Cook County judge on Thursday dismissed misdemeanor theft and criminal trespass charges against 20-year old Glenn R. Frost, of Hanover Park. Frost was one of two people arrested Feb. 28 in Schaumburg after a report that people were trying to break into vehicles.
