Lincoln, FDR for dinner theater

The Batavia Depot Museum presents the ninth annual Lincoln Dinner Theater at 5:30 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 27, at the Lincoln Inn, 1345 S. Batavia Ave.
The cost is $35 and includes buffet dinner and performance. Tickets are on sale now at the Batavia Park District Civic Center, 327 W. Wilson St.; the Eastside Community Center, 14 N. Van Buren St.; or the Depot Museum, 155 Houston St.
This year’s Lincoln Dinner Theater will feature Max Daniels and R.J. Lindsey as “Lincoln & FDR: Two Wartime Presidents.” Listen as the two most highly-rated presidents in U.S. history get together and talk about their presidencies, leadership styles and challenges each faced as they led the country through the most turbulent times in the history of our nation.
Max Daniels has been portraying Lincoln since 1988. He has been featured on C-SPAN, ABC’s “Someone You Should Know” and the History Channel. He received the “Best Abraham Lincoln” award from the Association of Lincoln Presenters.
R.J. Lindsey is a professional actor who has created 23 historical characters, including President Franklin Delano Roosevelt. He has appeared at the Smithsonian Institution, the 1996 Democratic National Convention and in Winston Churchill’s Underground War Rooms in London.
He is a member of the Screen Actor’s Guild, Actor’s Equity and the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists.
