When we make changes, they win

Who is really winning the war on terror?

Once again the United States is the victim of a terror attack and our first reaction is to make changes so that we have to change our lifestyle. So while no one, thankfully, was seriously hurt or any lives were lost these crazy animals have won. They have forced us to make changes to our way of living because they failed in their attempt to hurt us.

There has been no successful attempt to harm air passengers originating from the U.S. since 9/11 and yet we now have to make ridiculous changes to flying because a country outside of here can't seem to do a good job checking people before they get on a plane.

Why don't we do what we should have done from the start and refuse to allow anyone that is between the ages of 16 and 30 that looks Muslim, or has a Muslim sounding name, or fits the profile of every single terrorist, on any airplane anywhere, period?

I know what you're going to say, the ACLU will not allow that to happen. My answer is that we are at war and if the ACLU feels comfortable flying with potential terrorists then go right ahead but for the rest of us we say no more. I'm sorry to have to suggest such extreme measures but making an 80-year-old grandmother be stripped searched because her new hip set off the metal detector is criminal.

The terrorist don't have to blow up a plane or a building anymore, they just have to try and we immediately make changes to our way of living. This means they have won.
