Adler Center offers beginning watercolor class

Manooch Sharifi will teach a beginning watercolor class at The David Adler Music and Arts Center beginning Jan. 27.

Art has been a hobby of Manooch Sharifi's since high school. He especially enjoys transparent watercolor, drawing, and color pencil portraits. Sharifi is a member of the Illinois Watercolor Society, and two of his watercolor paintings are on exhibit at the Racine Art Museum's Wustum Museum of Fine Arts.

This course will provide detailed instruction on the varying techniques and skills required to paint in the medium. The class is appropriate for adult students of all ages and skill levels in a comfortable and supportive atmosphere.
