Lemonade fundraiser:

Learning Resources, a manufacturer of hands-on educational products and toys, host an old-fashioned lemonade stand on Friday, June 7, as part of a national fundraising effort. Proceeds will benefit Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to finding cures for all kids with cancer. Learning Resources’ lemonade stand will be open from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the south parking lot, 380 N. Fairway Drive in Vernon Hills.
