Schaumburg extends approval of hotel
Schaumburg trustees have extended the development approvals for a Cambria Suites hotel at the southwest corner of Roselle Road and Interstate 90 to April 10, 2011.
Work is expected to begin by then on the 93,000-square-foot building first approved by the village board in 2006. The project was delayed by concerns over finances and overall economic conditions, but developers recently received bank approval allowing them to move forward.
A Texas Roadhouse restaurant also will be built alongside the Cambria Suites project.
