Library hosts Holiday Open House Dec. 3

The community of West Chicago is invited to join West Chicago Public Library staff for hot chocolate, hot cider and cookies starting at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 3 during their Holiday Open House at the library, 118 W. Washington St.

Holiday music will be presented by musicians from Community High School District 94 at 2:30 p.m.

The event will culminate with a winter-themed performance by the library's own in-house performing Puppet Group, intended for the whole family to enjoy, beginning at 3:15 p.m.

It will be a busy day in downtown West Chicago when Frosty Fest kicks off on Main Street at 4 p.m. The library invites everyone to come early, relax and enjoy this wonderful start to the holiday season.
