Nominations sought for Hanover Township Community Service Awards
Nominations are now being accepted for the 2024 Hanover Township Supervisor Brian P. McGuire Community Service Awards. The awards are designed to recognize organizations and individuals who volunteer their time to make Hanover Township an outstanding place to live, work and raise a family.
Awards are selected by a committee of dedicated volunteers from the community. Committee members include: Chairperson Marv Kramer, Lori Ann Airdo, Adam Kanyuh, Kerrie Trebonsky and Mary Wojtczak.
Individuals and organizations can be nominated in any of the follow categories:
• Adult Volunteer (ages 18 or older) Service Award
• Youth (younger than 18) Volunteer Service Award
• Senior Volunteer (ages 55 or older) Service Award
• Business Community Service Award
• Service Club/Organization Service Award
Award applications are available at the Hanover Township Town Hall, 250 S. Route 59, in Bartlett, or online at hanover-township.org. Nominations are due no later than Feb. 23.
Candidates will be judged on their leadership, commitment, and impact in the community.
