According to Consumer Reports, only 10 percent of Chevy’s Sparks are made in North America while 75 percent of the parts are made and assembled in Korea. And the transmission is made in Japan.
Contrast that to Toyota’s Sienna — 75 percent of the parts, including the engine, are American made, assembled in Indiana. And who was it that said if elected, Romney would send jobs overseas?
