Singh's Kitchen Opens In Libertyville

Some 60+ recently gathered to celebrate the exciting grand opening of GLMV President Level member Singh's Kitchen in 620 N. Milwaukee Ave., in trendy downtown Libertyville. Owner Anmol Chandock, family and friends warmly welcomed all to the new family owned Indian-American fusion restaurant with delicious appetizers, beverage, networking and social. Among attendees: Libertyville Mayor Donna Johnson, GLMV President Scott Adams; GLMV Chair April Koot; GLMV Secretary Bill Haase; Jennifer Johnson, MainStreet Libertyville; and other business, village and community members.

"Singh in Punjabi means lion, the animal that we take pride in associating ourselves with. We approached the flavors integrated to our menu at Singh's Kitchen with the same level of ferocity as the lions we choose to represent our culture," noted Anmol. "A little bit Indian, a little bit American, Singh's kitchen is the ultimate dining experience for those who want to feel the history behind their meal.
