Schaumburg offering safety presentations for seniors March 7

The public is welcome to join Schaumburg's Committee on Aging from 1 to 3 p.m. Tuesday, March 7, to participate in safety presentations offered by the Schaumburg police and fire departments.

Information will be provided by Angela Walsh of the fire department, who will be discussing fire and life safety topics important for today's older adults.

Paula Diaz of the police department will discuss home safety, which includes ruse burglaries, solicitors and protecting your home, and current scams.

The presentations will take place in the Rasmussen South Room of the Schaumburg Township District Library, 130 S. Roselle Road.
