Missing Streamwood man located

A 50-year-old Streamwood man who wandered away from his residence on the 1000 block of Bristol Court at about 9 a.m. Wednesday has been found, Streamwood police said Thursday morning, canceling the missing person alert that had been issued.

The man is suffering from a significant brain injury and did not have access to currency, food or shelter, officials said in issuing the alert.
