Schaumburg offering community scholarships

Schaumburg Village President Al Larson has announced the 24th Annual Community Scholarship in cooperation with Business and Career Services, Inc.

Scholarships can be applied toward tuition, books and any other commensurate educational expenses. A President's Committee will select all winners of the program.

Candidates must submit a completed application and two references by 3 p.m. April 7 to: Office of the Village President, 101 Schaumburg Court, Schaumburg, IL 60193.

Recipients will be notified by Friday, April 28. Scholarships are valid until June 15, 2018, and are nonrenewable.
