Wheaton reschedules Cocoa Crawl, ice sculpture displays

The Downtown Wheaton Association has rescheduled winter-themed events originally set for Saturday.

Due to the arctic cold blast, the Cocoa Crawl, sidewalk sales and a display of ice sculptures have been moved to Saturday, Feb. 13.

People who purchased timed tickets that were sold to control crowds will not need to take further action. The tickets will transfer to the new date.

The Downtown Wheaton Association will provide more details next week regarding pick up of souvenir mugs for cocoa tastings at participating businesses.

If you're unable to attend on Feb. 13, email the Downtown Wheaton Association at info@downtownwheaton.com with the name used to purchase your tickets and the time slot for a refund of your purchase. Refunds must be made by end of day Friday.
