White Sox postcard: A sign of spring

Chicago White Sox pitchers and catchers have officially been on the job at spring training since Tuesday. Position players check in on Saturday for the first full-squad workout at Camelback Ranch, but many are already in camp. On Thursday morning, first-base coach Daryl Boston hit fungoes to some of the outfielders that have arrived and are preparing for the upcoming season.
