Lions show makes Elburn a car lover's paradise Sunday

It was a car enthusiast's paradise Sunday in Elburn's Lions Park for the 23rd annual Fall Classic All Wheel Show.

Dozens of classic, exotic and rare cars, trucks and motorcycles were on display at the Lions Club event, including a new class for survivor vehicles from 1900 to 1985.

Organizers also gave out the best of the best award, which featured car show winners throughout Illinois competing for the honor.

Along with cars, the event also featured a pumpkin decorating contest for kids, food and music, a swap meet and a craft show.

Proceeds from the event benefited the National Breast Cancer Foundation, veterans causes and Kaneland children in need.
