With the suspension of the village's electricity aggregation program, Vernon Hills residents are cautioned they may receive solicitations from various electric companies or suppliers.

Residents should be aware of and avoid monthly fees that may be added to a fixed supply rate; early termination fees; and variable rates that may float with no upward cap on price.
