Trout fishing for kids in DuPage

Kids ages 15 and younger are invited to experience the thrill of catching a fish at Trout Fishing for Kids, from 8 a.m. to noon Saturday, March 26, at Wood Dale Grove Forest Preserve on Wood Dale Road, just north of Lake Street in Wood Dale.
Kids get an opportunity to fish the 9-acre Grove Lake after it has been stocked with rainbow trout but before the official spring opener, giving them a better chance of catching a fish. Family members 16 and older are invited to join the young anglers but may not fish themselves.
The event is free and registration is not required, but participants must bring their own gear. Bait is provided.
