Rules of the road refresher course offered in Mount Prospect

Seniors who would like a refresher in advance of taking the written exam for their driver's license renewal can attend a "Rules of the Road" class at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 26, Mount Prospect Village Hall, 50 S. Emerson St.

Offered by the Illinois Secretary of State's office, the Rules of the Road Review Course is designed to give drivers - especially seniors and people with disabilities - the knowledge and confidence needed to renew or obtain a driver's license. The review course combines an explanation of the driving exam with a practice written exam.

The class will be held in the Farley Community Room at village hall. Call the Mount Prospect Human Services Department at (847) 870-5680 to register.
