Adopt-a-Road volunteer days return in Ingleside

Adopt-a-Road volunteer days with Friends of Volo Bog resumes on Wednesdays in the spring. Adults, along with kids 10 years and older with a responsible adult, can join the team to keep Brandenburg Road in Ingleside beautiful.

Work is from 9 to 10:30 a.m. and all equipment is provided. Registration is requested at (815) 344-1294 or via email to DNR.Volobog@Illinois.gov.

New Adopt-a-Road volunteers must register ahead and plan to arrive by 8:45 a.m. for paperwork and safety orientation. Sessions will be rescheduled if weather is undesirable.
