Schaumburg church holding Conversation Club so English learners can practice
Christ Community Mennonite Church hosts a free Conversation Club, 7 to 9 p.m. Thursdays at 888 S. Roselle Road, Schaumburg. Conversation Club is a weekly meeting for English language learners and native speakers to come together to practice English. It is intended for people who have already taken English classes and want continued practice with speaking and literacy skills. It will especially focus on current events as the group shares about their cultures. Pastor Amy Aschliman has six years of teaching experience and a M.A. in education.
