Horcher to begin new term as Wheeling president

Wheeling Village President Pat Horcher will recite the oath of office for his next 4-year term when the village board meets Monday night. Trustees Jim Ruffatto, Mary Krueger and Mary Papantos - all reelected in the April 6 election - and new clerk Kathy Brady will recite their oaths as well. The meeting is set for 6:30 p.m. at village hall, 2 Community Blvd. It also will be viewable at youtube.com/user/wheelingiltv and on local cable channels 17 and 99.
