A foggy start in the suburbs

A heavy fog draped much of the region Tuesday morning, slowing traffic in some areas and causing a significant decrease in visibility.

The good news: Temperatures are supposed to remain relatively mild through the end of the week before they're expected to drop this weekend with the chance we might see - shudder - our first snowflakes of the season.
