Girls volleyball: Streamwood downs East Aurora

The Streamwood girls volleyball team opened its season Monday night with a 26-24, 25-11 nonconference win over East Aurora.

Jhantelle Damasco (7 kills), Ashley Rothenberg (4 kills, 4 aces) and Kimberley Velazquez (13 digs) led the Sabres to the victory.
