NAI Hiffman completes transactions at Naperville complex

NAPERVILLE - NAI Hiffman recently represented the owners of Washington Commons, 450-900 East Diehl Road in Naperville, in five new transactions and five lease renewals, totaling 26,580 square feet of office space.

Opus Funds, an award-winning, privately owned and operated full service domestic and offshore global fund administrator, signed the largest new lease with 12,406 square feet. Other new tenants include Old Republic, Law Offices of Ronald Hendrix, NVR Title and DDMR Planning.

The largest current tenant to renew its lease is the Independent Mitigation And Cleaning/Conservation Network (IMACC), the nation's largest network of independent restoration contractors, with 3,957 square feet. Other renewals included Naper Clinic, ANAD, Spring Leaf Financial and National Restaurant.

Washington Commons is a 202,065-square-foot complex made up of 10 interconnected office buildings. The class A asset is located in the western I-88 corridor along Diehl Road and Washington Street. Washington Commons offers flexible space options and spec suites for immediate occupancy.

Dan O'Neill represented ownership in all transactions. Washington Commons was recently sold by EverWest to Sperry Equities. NAI Hiffman will continue leasing the asset under new ownership.
