Trump's playbook goes back 80 years
After watching Donald Trump give his fiery and animated speeches with his impressive gift of oratory there seemed to be something vaguely familiar about his delivery.
Then I realized with just a few word changes why his presentation seemed to be a reminder of another leader with similar mesmerizing platform skills. Just imagine changing "Islam" with "Judaism," deleting "Radical Islamist" while adding "Zionist" and replacing "Muslim" with "Jew."
In addition, check the core emphasis of his message and the focus on his attacks on the current government leadership with his promise that only he can "Make America Great Again!"
Finally note his vilification of anyone that challenges or disagrees with him. Apparently he has reached back 80 years and found the "playbook" for another politician in different time and country. With minimal editing he has crafted his "new and radical" campaign theme.
