Vernon Hills VFW hosts bingo nights
Vernon Hills American Legion Post 1247 will be hosting bingo at the Vernon Hills Golf Course, 291 Evergreen Drive, the first Thursday of the month.
The next event will be at 6 p.m. Thursday Nov. 1. Proceeds go to support programs sponsored by the post, such as the Wounded Warrior Project among others.
A cash bar and food are available from the Vernon Hills Golf Course grill.
