Hubbard Street 2 Performs at Prairie Center on March 19

The Prairie Center for the Arts welcomes Hubbard Street 2 on Saturday, March 19, 2016 at 7:30 p.m.

Hubbard Street 2, founded by Julie Nakagawa and Lou Conte in 1997 and now led by Terence Marling, is a company of young performers poised to become the next generation in world class dance. Hubbard Street 2 prepares young adults for careers in contemporary dance, in a dynamic environment that fosters artistic growth while allowing them to hone multiple techniques. Having presented nearly 30 premieres by emerging choreographers, Hubbard Street 2 has performed at many prestigious venues around the world.
