Arboretum's Fall Festival under way
Visitors can check out dozens of scarecrows built by area Scout troops and the first signs of fall color at the Morton Arboretum's Fall Color Festival and Scarecrow Trail.
The annual celebration is open from 7 a.m. to sunset through Oct. 31 at the outdoor museum at 4100 Route 53 in Lisle.
