Will the White Sox have Jerry Reinsdorf dancing by season's end?
They took Sunday off, but infielder Danny Mendick and catcher Zack Collins were busy the past week dancing after White Sox wins and posting the videos on social media.
"I think it's great," Mendick said. "We have a really good group of guys. When you look at one through nine, it's fun to be a part of it. It's fun to be on a team like that. All the hype that happened in the offseason and stuff like that, it's finally starting to pay off.
"I think we are all excited to get out there and hopefully make a playoff push and show what we are about. Pretty dangerous and we are going to have fun doing it."
"Dancing for Ws" typically features a special guest, and pitching coach Don Cooper was featured after the Sox topped the Cubs Saturday night for their seventh straight win.
"I'm not trying to speak too far in advance," Collins said. "But if we win the World Series, (chairman) Jerry (Reinsdorf) has got to dance, right?"
