Cook County Commissioner Morrison hosts 'Yoga with the Commish' Saturday

Cook County Commissioner Kevin B. Morrison will host "Yoga with the Commish" at 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 1, inside Rolling Knolls Pavilion in Elgin.

The free event will feature two yoga sessions with an instructor provided by TriBalance Yoga Center and light refreshments. No previous yoga experience is needed to participate.

"A great way to kick off 2020 is to prioritize mental health, and one of my favorite ways to de-stress and take a break is yoga," Morrison said in an announcement of the event.
