West Chicago extends deadline for street banner art

The West Chicago Cultural Arts Commission has extended the submission deadline for its annual public art street banner competition to Monday, Feb. 22.

This year's theme is "Take Flight," and a jury will decide on a winner to be featured on vinyl street banners in historic downtown West Chicago from May to September.
