Wauconda Legion hosts St. Baldrick fundraiser Sunday

Wauconda American Legion Post 911 will host its annual St. Baldrick's head-shaving fundraiser on Sunday.

Running from noon to 4 p.m. at the hall, 515 S. Main St., the event will raise money for research to end childhood cancer. The event is part of Wauconda's sixth Annual "Shamrock the Block" festival, which includes live music and other activities at local bars and restaurants.
