Overture Group directors to speak at ESOP conference

LISLE - The Overture Group, managing directors Bob Lindeman and John Liacone will speak at the ILESOP 2016 Annual Conference in Champaign, on March 10.

Lindeman and Liacone will address the group with an interactive presentation on "Recruiting Key People - Getting it Right the First Time."

"Recruiting key executives, managers and professionals is critical to any company's success especially privately held companies like ESOP's." said Lindeman.

Lindeman and Liacone will host a panel and talk with members about communicating the benefits of an ESOP to attract top candidates, top hiring mistakes and how to avoid them, evaluating a company's search process, a good success profile, and more.

The Illinois Chapter of the ESOP Association is celebrating its Silver Anniversary at this year's conference. The Illinois Chapter provides the only regularly-scheduled opportunities in the state of Illinois for ESOP networking with other employee owners and ESOP professionals. As part of The ESOP Association, the Illinois Chapter has been actively assisting ESOP Companies grow their technical knowledge and communications skills with their employee owners.
