"Melody is a results-driven leader who has served as a strategic adviser for dozens of multisite organizations," said Jay Hibbard, senior vice president of sales, marketing & communications. "She has successfully directed ambitious construction projects, mergers, acquisitions, and blue sky/startup retirement communities. We're pleased to welcome her to our leadership team."
Schneider has more than 10 years of executive leadership experience in senior living strategy, sales, marketing, and project management for multisite organizations. "CRC has long been a pioneer in the senior living industry, and the organization continues to evolve with new initiatives, programs, and living options that make CRC a first-choice community," said Schneider. "I'm excited to join a talented team of professionals who are as passionate as I am about making a difference in the lives of older adults."
